Marion Wands

Prior to becoming a Director with ConNetica, Marion held senior executive Human Resource positions with the ACT Public Service and was the ACT Deloitte Consulting Change Management and Training Manager.

Marion’s key skills relate to systems thinking, service review and evaluation with particular focus on mental health and suicide prevention, stakeholder engagement, organisation design and development and delivery of suicide prevention training programs.Marion has extensive experience in the review and evaluation of mental health programs, analysis of hospital transition pathways for people with a mental illness, analysis and design of self-managed care plans, facilitation of codesign and consultative workshops with carers and consumers and the design and delivery of community and workplace suicide prevention and resilience training programs. She routinely applies her communication and change management expertise to engage with stakeholders, quickly establish mutually respectful working relationships and address system changes to improve service delivery processes and outcomes.
