Bruce Mann (Associate)
Bruce is an experienced educationalist who has worked in the Queensland Education system for nearly 40 years in a number of schools with diverse demographics and community expectations. He began his career as a Health and Physical Education specialist and progressed to work as a Deputy Principal in a variety of locations before being lured back to have a successful tenure as a leader and manager in an elite school sporting program, the Craigslea Volleyball Academy, where he established a platform and culture of success that has seen the program rise to be consistently in the top 3 in the country. Bruce specialises in the area of Organisational development through team dynamics. He combined his teaching degree with a Bachelor of Human Resource Development to work with teams in schools to transition successfully to the introduction of school based management and client focused education and has been an advocate for both quantitative and qualitative data analysis as a method of meaningfully understanding organisational functioning and culture. He has worked collaboratively with teams to develop performance frameworks and expectations to promote effectiveness, productivity and team unity. He espouses the works of Simon Sinek and promotes safety within teams to ensure that members feel supported and secure in their contributions to the organisational group.
