Resilience for life can  is a one day training program that provides participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to manage the problems, challenges and setbacks that are a normal part of everyday life. This program provides participants with:

  • Scientific evidence to show how resilience improves wellbeing
  • Practical tips and strategies to build personal resilience and resilient work teams
